Pros: Large spaces Updated Appliances Friendly neighbors Cons: Management has been unwilling to be flexible with my lease during covid-19. Specifically I need other tenants for the apartment to resign and they’d rather the apartment go vacant and kick me out rather than working out a plan to find new tenants. Packages are stolen in the lobby and management has not done anything to prevent this. Advice to landlord: Try to be more accommodating with leases during the pandemic.
