Pros: Clean, safe neighborhood, while I was still living there, Cons: I did not request gas closure at the time of leaving due to management request, saying the new tenant would take over the utilities. Whichever tenant moved into my unit after I left never took action to take over the utilities despite repeated requests,--then I was told by NationalGrid that they would not do anything, and that I was responsible for paying the tenant's utility bill--this effectively stole several hundred dollars from me via utility theft. Additionally, the building super is not on site, there is no way to contact the building super except via management company, and they are only open during normal work hours Monday-Thursday, so any building emergency Friday-Sunday or off hours cannot be handled. Advice to landlord: include gas utilities in rent plus any additional management fee.

Unit H3 Pros: The landlord was helpful when he kept coming back to back to remove mice from my apartment and to seal a big ass hole found in my apartment. Cons: Apartment was filled with mice & roaches. Huge ass hole found in the apartment that at least nine mice came through. Crazy and creepy ass neighbor constantly knocking on door at night and leaving notes. When I came home late from work my front door was broken into and the door handle was messed with. Final thing that happened that I said I got to go was the pipes and water burst the ppl were supposed to come to fix it at 8am, I took off work and they never showed until 8:30pm couldn’t use my bathroom for a whole month the water was black from the sink n shower and huge cockroaches filled the bathroom from the drains. They wouldn’t send anyone on the weekends and the hours they said they can fix it was working hours. I refused to pay rent after a month of not being able to use the bathroom and they refused to give me back my security because of that. It was the worst apartment and management was horrible. Wish I can give no stars but it won’t allow it so I gave one. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants how you would want to be treated.

Unit F7 Pros: No pros at all, really Cons: Insufficient heat in the cold months, hot water often go out for a weekend, when you cannot reach the management. Super Mario Gonzales has never cleaned the building, the floors have not seen map since 1930s. Nothing gets fixed, unless city services get heavily involved. Mice and roach infestation. Crazy neighbor living in B3. All tenants hate the building. The water pipes are so rusty that rust residue is left in the water floss or a cattle or anywhere you have used faucet water. The building stinks. Falling bathroom ceiling, mold in bathroom, running toilet. Garbage is not taken out on weekends or any federal holiday, so there garbage accumulation issue, especially in hot months. Owner of the building changes the name of his LLC to avoid paying fines and fixing things around the building. Advice to landlord: Just quit man
