Pros: The building is quite modern and new. The staff are all incredibly friendly, from the doormen to the porters and maintenance and management. Cons: Doesn’t have as many amenities as other luxury buildings, just a gym, rec room, and patio

Pros: Pretty much the best building in the area location-wise, and very well maintained Cons: You pay for the quality with the cost of your unit

Pros: Proximity to Whole Foods Cons: The community is awful. Management is hilariously incompetent like where did they find these people? Neighbors are disgusting and loud. The building has some of the worst sound insulation I’ve ever seen.

Pros: The most convenient location in Brooklyn, close to public transportation, amazing staff, thick walls so no noise from neighbors, double pained windows so almost zero screen noise, also reflecting windows so no one can see into your apartment from the street, stunning views, rent controlled so no surprises when renewing your lease, beautiful views in the gym and rooftop. Cons: The lobby and lounge aren’t as nice as the rest of the building, they also stop landscaping the roof very early in the summer so it looks overgrown from August through May, also no padding on the roof furniture so you have to bring your own. Advice to landlord: Please add a few more landscaping sessions late summer so people can enjoy the roof.

Pros: The staff are really great - from cleaning staff to doormen. The building has the nicest finishes of any rental building in the area. Cons: Gym has amazing view but not the best equipment. Resident lounge is small. I also saw a mouse in my higher floor unit. Advice to landlord: Keep up the great work

Pros: Apartments are really solid for rentals. I would consider them to be condo grade. Windows are pretty well insulated as are the units. It's pretty rare for me to hear my neighbors from within my unit, even if I can hear them when I'm in the hallway (e.g playing music, talking, etc). Building staff is incredible and very responsive. I really enjoy living here. Cons: It's a pretty busy area of Fort Greene which has it's pros and cons.

Pros: The building is immaculate. The amenities (gym, rooftop, common areas) are luxe and well worth paying for. Conveniently located above Whole Foods market Cons: The elevators seemed to be out of service often so I felt like I was waiting or the elevator often when coming/going
