my past experience living there was great, never had any issues with anything.

Unit 2H Pros: it was maintained Cons: has/had elevator problems Advice to landlord: keep up

Nycha is the worst

Pros: Nothing wish I could say something but i cant Cons: Everything, elevators always out, garbage in stairwell , front door not secre Advice to landlord: please do better
