Beautiful building terrible management

Pros: The building is new(ish) and very well kept. The front desk and maintenance staff are amazing. The design is modern and the views are good - although the new buildings next door mean EVERYONE can see into your apartment. We can certainly see into our neighbors. Cons: Building management are slow, disorganized and often make mistakes. Advice to landlord: Find a dedicated management company who you can hold to account. Stop trying to be a building developer and a manager. You’re good at building, but terrible at managing. Other buildings in the area are better run and cheaper while still being well kept.
