Pros: Nice quiet block. Parking isn’t too bad. Good sun light. Cons: Packages get stolen a lot. Homeless people always using our stoop to smoke crack. Infested with roaches and landlord was in denial. Neighbors kept to themselves although are all long time tenants and FILTHY. Advice to landlord: Spend a night in your own building. The roaches will welcome you.
