Pros: Located near the ferry stop and close and convenient to local things super great front desk staff Cons: Can be loud at times. Advice to landlord: None

Pros: Amazing rooftop, pool ($), great views, nice doormen. Cons: The management team has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They are unprofessional and rude. They constantly give wrong information that makes you jump through hoops just to get an answer. The units are completely overpriced and they make you pay for the gym and pool on top of very expensive rent. Advice to landlord: Be good to your current tenants
