Unit 6C Pros: - Responsive management and doormen - Quite neighbors usually - Email updates when issues arrive Cons: - co-op approval process is long - roof is supposed to open but seems delayed Advice to landlord: open the roof asap

Pros: - Located right next to the subway station, very easy to get to Manhattan - Good location close to the piers (pickleball, soccer, etc.) Cons: - Front desk made process for checking guests a bit annoying, but generally no problems - Sometimes loud construction in the morning - Sink was leaking through one of the faucet handles

Pros: Great building staff Cons: Can get cold. Elevator issues. Advice to landlord: Keep your employees! Great staff
