My overall experience with the team in the leasing office is ok I just felt like when I had a situation with a worker it should’ve been handled better that’s all everything else is great maintenance always on time I can’t complain about that

So far I had a very present relationship with my community when I need them they are very helpful I remember I fell at my sister house and It was a bad fall that I had to stay there for some week and Seldon one of the worker had call start that he was concern because he haven't seen coming in or going out that made we feel good to know that someone care Joshua was another one when I needed work done I trust him to come in when I couldn't take off he will text me to make me award that the job was done one day I went to work and I couldn't remember did I cut off the tea pot Alim I think that his name he got someone quickly to check and them he as well as Joshua call me to confirm everything was okay, when I walk in the build Migul S always so friendly. welcome let me see do have a package,always put a smile on my face. Eddie another one fhe always riendly no matter what he alway ask how was my day, Andy very well manner Angel, Migul, And Danny The manager he always keep me up to date and he go out his way to help me to download the app and even thou Amy not there anymore that was my angle she help me with the guy banging over my head as well as Sheldon,Amil, Eddie and Andy, Migul S But Amy whatever she did it work she came up to my apartment she heard the nosie nd that was it tghan I was the first one that in the build with SCRIE and I have no clue but Amy matter it she didn't give up and the event that they have during the Holiday are awesome that give people the chance to get to know and spend time with the people they live with in the building and don't really know them. but during the event you get to meet some of them each event what I love about 461they do go out they way to make you feel at home some I didn't mention because I don't inter act with them like I do the other but I know eventuallyI will but for know when I come in and the say welcome back after having a somewhat day that make we feel good to be back home..

I love living here. This is the best building I’ve lived in so far. The area is safe. The staff members here are so nice. My neighbors are great. My apartment is beautiful. I’m close to work. Traveling is so easy.

461 DEAN IS A SAFE COMMUNITY THE PEOPLE HERE ARE VERY WARM NICE AND RESPECTFUL THE SERVICE HERE ARE EXCELLENT THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND WILLING TO HELP WITH YOU NEEDS AND THEY ARE VERY RESPECTFUL WITH YOUR CONCERNS AND I LOVE LIVING HERE I WOULDNT CJANGE IT THE WORLD

It has been a wonderful year in this community. The events, the pop ups for venders like Honest Networks, which provides excellent WiFi service, the porters and staff in general has been amazing to experience. It was definitely worth the wait to receive my apartment. This has been the best adult decision I have made on my own. People like Omar, Miguel, Sheldon, and everyone has made this an experience to remember.

If you are single or just enjoy the busy life of Brooklyn, come join our community. There is concert events, bars. resturants, outdoor activities, street fairs, movie theatres all walking distance. I love my friendly community!

Love the staff, except leasing office Omar. He is not very friendly, responses, and is very reactive. However, Danny, Sheldon, Amil, Eddie, Miguel, Enver, Omar, Fernando, and the other maintenance guys are extremely friendly and supportive. It is always a pleasure to come home and hear "welcome home".

The staff alone makes coming home a joy how they know who you are , makes you feel so important and safe and very very a great location super convenient tons of stores and places to eat .

I sincerely value the professionalism of the staff, the courtesy of the neighbors, and the exceptionally welcoming environment they collectively create. From my initial interaction, I was met with a level of respect, support, and hospitality that stands out. The community operates with a strong sense of integrity and attentiveness, fostering an atmosphere that feels safe, orderly, and genuinely inclusive.
