Pros: Pool Commutable Great area Cons: Management Security Train is loud

Nice place to live

Unit 21m Pros: Clean, has a pool, mostly families Cons: Noise from elevated subway even when I lived on 21st floor on opposite side to the building

Sales. Who is on the inside of buying up estate apts?

Pros: Close to beach Cons: Nasty neighbors. NO COVID PROTECTIONS in place. Located right under elevated subway so need MTA card to get into apartment. Advice to landlord: Expect constant new maintenance charges
