Decent experience for new build

Pros: Everything is new, staff is SUPER nice, outdoor areas are great and the building puts on great communal events to meet other people living here Cons: Still some construction since its a brand new build, some neighbors have loud dogs

Lived here 3 months now and i have zero complaints . Convenient. To commute into the city , lots of cool restaurants and coffee shops. This building its self is amazing. Quiet , community is friendly staff management are superb !

The longer I live here the more I realize how unique and special Loden is. Not only is the building beautifully designed both functionally and aesthetically, there is a focus on community at Loden that is like no other. The building’s lifestyle coordinator Justin is constantly planning and hosting fun events for residents such as mimosa brunches, sunset wine nights on the roof, and taco nights in the garden room. Because of these events I’ve made countless amounts of friends since moving here. The staff here are incredibly responsive and friendly and really make life here easy and peaceful. I highly recommend living at Loden, you won’t be disappointed!
