Unit 7D Pros: The community - great people in this building. Also the neighborhood, being close to the subway and 5th Ave. The elementary schools are fantastic, lots of playgrounds and restaurants. Cons: The laundry room - at least 2 washers or dryers are broken at all times. The parking lot is currently filled with rats that are living in people's engines. Advice to landlord: You used to take way better care of the building, but it seems like you don't really care anymore. You need to replace the broken laundry machines.
