Pros: Great staff who care about the building and are super friendly. Apartments are nice with great views. Amenities are great and the gym is huge with great equipment. Cons: Noise from street can be a bit loud. Advice to landlord: We love it here

Pros: Apartment was brand new and clean enough. Waaaay too expensive for what you get though. Cons: Elevators were always out of service which sucked because I was on a high floor and had to take the stairs The cabinets and fixtures were cheap. The kitchen in my 1BR was tiny with hardly any cabinet space. They also told me I was getting the last 1BR in the building but when I moved in I found out that most of the building was empty including tons of 1BRs. I think this place is warehousing units.

Pros: Views are incredible depending on unit, it’s quiet even though you’re near busy downtown Brooklyn Cons: Occasional long wait times for elevators.

Pros: Front desk staff are amazing, any questions or concerns you have get answered quickly. Maintenance request respond time is also fast Cons: Laundry not for all units. Shared laundry sometimes dirty. Always one elevator not working. Security is a bit sketchy, anyone can walk in. Advice to landlord: Install security tag for tenants so not anyone can use the elevators to go up.

Pros: Clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff, quiet, unassuming Cons: not much to dislike .. Advice to landlord: keep doing what you're doing!!

Pros: Beautiful property, amazing doormen, secure package delivery, unbeatable location, kind and responsive leasing company, fast elevators, incredible rooftop Cons: Anyone can get upstairs without a fob, management brushes security incidents under the rug without notifying residents, minimal overhead lighting Advice to landlord: People need to know when there are security concerns! Please notify residents. Also, anyone can follow me up to my apartment… getting a fob for elevators would be great
