Pros: The cleanest building I've lived in. Lived here for 3 years, haven't seen a single roach or mouse. Apartment layouts are made for humans, mostly square, and relatively big. Management is responsive. There's an online portal to request maintenance and track your rent payments. Garbage is out the back in the parking lot. People who manage the building are chill Cons: Noise - my unit faces the street and it can get loud

Unit 1C Pros: The staff keep it clean and the super lives in the building. It’s quiet and close to the subway. Cons: Nothing, I liked the place but moved because the apartment was too small after 12 years Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work

Pros: Pet friendly, quiet, clean, responsive management, large apartments with private storage Cons: Age of building starting by to show and lots of maintenance is required Advice to landlord: None

Pros: The building is clean and secure. Has an elevator Cons: Built in A/C instead of being able to add one in the window.
