Pros: you get ur own laundry and dishwasher, and two bathrooms Cons: maintenance request take forever to get fixed, buzzer is suuuper loud when someone rings the doorbell, difficult to get in touch with property owner Advice to landlord: respond to emails sooner

Pros: Nice light in the apartment Cons: Building owners are terrible and we didn’t have heat for two years. Advice to landlord: Fix things, especially the heat
