Unit 8c Pros: I’ve never lived in a building so well kept. W/D in apartment. 5 star staff. Cons: Neighbors can be sloppy.

I loved living here - here are some of my fave highlights: Many community activities (Live music/yoga/parties/wine tasting). / Super dog friendly + convenient for dog owners. Solid COVID protocols / Clean, beautiful open spaces. / supportive and kind staff. Anything I didn't like about it was due to the neighborhood during these crazy times, not the building itself.

There was a huge leak (over 5 floors with severe damage) in the building not long after we moved in and it has been several months with no repairs made. There is mold and damage everywhere and no one does anything to address it. It is not worth the high price of rent at all. Look elsewhere! Train can be heard from the apartment as well as your neighbors. Issues are repeatedly ignored by management.
