Pros: Good Super and the lobby is kept clean. Trash is handled well even though the placement isn’t the greatest. Cons: New management company is a marked change. Leases not sent out. Intercom is broken for weeks. The building behind this one throws lots of trash. Lately someone throws pads out the window in this building. Nasty. Advice to landlord: Fix the intercom. Don’t treat the building like affordable housing. Although even if it were all affordable housing, the management should be up to par.
