Pros: The apartment size is big Cons: 1) The management company makes you jumó through hoops to renew lease 2) There hasn’t been a building superintendent for the past 5-6 years (VERY ILLEGAL) 3) The management company never responds to maintenance issues 4) Rodent problem Advice to landlord: Take better pride in your building as if you’re family was living here.
