Unit 18L Pros: I loved living here. The closet space was insane and I thought the apartments were well kept. The building staff are so kind and it’s in an amazing location. It is rent stabilized as well. Maintenance was amazing. Apartment is pretty quiet. I never heard my neighbors Cons: every year I lived there for three years there was new management. You could tell small differences but overall it was pretty similar. Management was ok to respond. They wouldn’t negotiate my rent price increase despite me losing a beautiful view from new high rises. They followed nyc rent stabilization committee with rent increases.

Pros: Convenient location / feels safe, spacious unit, almost no noise between units. Staff has provided great and attentive service. Standard luxury amenities on offer. Cons: There is some sort of structural issue with plumbing that causes regular issues - seemingly once a month, large portions of the building don't have access to water for hours at a time due to some plumbing emergency. Interior design and quality of amenities feels dated relative to the luxury properties in the neighborhood.

Pros: The lobby, package room and maintenance people are friendly and responsive. the gym and common area are popular and I believe it's because they keep those environments tidy and clean. The Livly app is very helpful. Cons: I wish the package room was open 7 days a week and longer hours. Some of the elevator overhead lights flicker so wish those minor details were addressed more. Advice to landlord: Longer package room hours please. It's closed on Sundays so packages just pile up and creates security/theft concerns.

Pros: Great staff, will go out of their way to help you and make sure you have everything you need! Amazing location, one block away from Dekalb ave and a couple blocks from Fort Greene Park. Cons: Construction noise from surrounding buildings. Nothing the building can control, but there is a lot of new development in the area

Pros: -Prompt maintenance -Clean building -Very friendly staff -Did not hear noise from other apartments -Great location (close to trains) -Spacious apartments Cons: -Management less than ideal, they take a long time to fix issues and are non-responsive -Lots of construction in the area so would frequently get woken up by jackhammer noises -There were some ropes hanging across the building for a while so we would hear very loud whipping noises

Unit L Pros: Great location, doormen and mail room are great, apartments are updated and have huge windows. Very quick response for maintenance Cons: The amenities are not that nice & they make you pay compared to other luxury buildings. The management hardly responds at all Advice to landlord: Management responds & hosts events like free coffee or pizza or donuts for residents
