Pros: The finishes are beautiful. We have some great neighbors. The super is responsive when things don’t work. Cons: The noise bleed is awful to the point where we have to move. The management company has been absolutely horrible about this, and it has made the apartment inhabitable. Also, the utilities are super high and the amenity fee is absurd for what’s there and how they take care of it. Advice to landlord: Start being responsive to your tenants concerns. Take them seriously.

Unit 1212 Pros: Everything about this building is incredible. Doorman, mail room, maintenance requests. They have the essential amenities. Units are not cookie cutter either. I've loved being here. Cons: The 2nd and 3rd floors often smell like weed, but not heavily so. The location feels a bit isolated from prime ft greene, but you know that up front. Its definitely never felt sketchy. Advice to landlord: Keep up the great work

Pros: The best managed building I have ever lived in. Great staff, responsive on maintenance, great amenities, no pests, renovated, etc. Very quiet if you have a courtyard-facing unit. You get what you pay for! Cons: Apartments are small and rent increases can be unreasonable/way over market (hundreds $$ more than identical units in the same building—same size, floor, etc.). Advice to landlord: Be more flexible about rent increases.

Pros: Beautiful, clean, attentive management, easy parking. Cons: Very expensive. Amenities like the roof close at 10pm. Advice to landlord: Be more respectful about raising rent for loyal tenants.
