Pros: Clean, fast response from owners, quiet neighbors, newly renovated lobby Cons: Plumbing issues, cold and hot water interchange

Unit c9 Pros: good super big apartment Cons: Very bad sound proofing. Super unresponsive management company. Advice to landlord: Have the brokers be transparent that your peace and quiet is at the mercy of the people who live around and above you.
