Great neighborhood quiet and clean very kid friendly park right up the street

Pros: Nice aesthetic very clean Cons: No cameras no parking on street Advice to landlord: Get cameras people steal packages

The building manager and maintenance are not very responsive.

Pros: None at all Cons: Management is not responsive. Also the call center that I get when I call to contact maintenance lacks professionalism. I spoke with a lady name Jen who cursed and yelled at me. They are always cutting off the water. It's unsafe and unsanitary. When I call to tell them about it they do not help they argue. Advice to landlord: Train your staff at the call center to be professional and respectful. Also repair the things we put tickets in for
