Pros: Nothing/ on the cheaper side but not worth it Cons: Mice are everywhere, its a hazardous building to live in. Pests also, landlord never responds, always noisy and there’s always clutter. The building is extremely dirty and it smells horrible. It’s not a good place at all Advice to landlord: Respond and actually care about the building

Pros: Quiet even with the train tracks behind Cons: Loud groups downstairs every night Advice to landlord: Cleaning the stairs and lobby more often wouldnt hurt
