Pros: Nice neighbors Nice area Cons: Terribly managed across the board Disrespectful demeanor from management when any support or repairs are needed Concerning safety and health hazards everywhere Advice to landlord: Treat tenants like human beings

Pros: Responsive Super Nice neighbors Cons: Very loud Dirty trash area Have had a lot of leaks Advice to landlord: Take care of your building

Pros: Location, nice neighbors Cons: Managed by pinnacle management and they are horrible. Hard to get in touch with, don’t fix anything. Some of my neighbors had walls caving in that they wouldn’t fix. Don’t take good care of the building. Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants and take care of apartments and common areas
