Pros: - awesome doorman and staff - responsive to maintenance requests - clean and up to date apartment - pet friendly location Cons: - lack of metro access - maintenance that leaves us without water or power for big chunks of time - reduced the number of shuttles and they're always overfilled

Pros: Doormen/women are lovely, mail service is so simple, gym access is easy Cons: Gym price is kind of pricey, as are utilities. Laundry access is such that dozens of apts share 3 washers/3 dryers

Pros: Responsive with repair requests, pets ok, welcoming community, easy dealing with management. Cons: Deal with the management dept. not the leasing dept. Update management for amenities n the middle of our lease and charged double even though we had contract for whole year.

Unit 504 Pros: The views and the amenities. Cons: One of the doormen stalked my roommate and I, one of my neighbors directly across the hall from me was an adult film director and would host loud "sex parties" leaving the whole floor smelling of stale beer and cigarettes with questionable guests coming and going. Super far from any subways, bus is right outside but it's unreliable and often either 10 minutes early or late.
