Overpriced for what it is. Decent maintenance staff and things get fixed quickly. Need to use the amenities more but a lot is always broken and never gets fixed better buildings in area and better pricing.

i have explained it all in my previous comments but i love the building and do appreciate the amenities but there are some things that could really use improvement like the rooftop, gym and back courtyard.

I’m loving our life here at Anagram Nomad. Our apartment is beautiful, the neighborhood is lively and convenient and safe, and the whole community in this building makes this feel like home. We feel safe and welcomed here, and we will be here for many years to come!

Only been here two weeks, but so far everything has been wonderful. I'm especially impressed with how quickly the staff takes care of the slightest problems, and how welcoming the folks are at the front desk.

Quality is poor, more damage is done when fixing things. Continuously closes tickets when work is not done, and nothing is resolved, and no communication. I’m constantly having to re-open tickets. I’m continuously disappointed how much damage is done to our apartment when maintenance visits. These should not be advertise d as luxury apartments, our home is becoming delapitated

This is a very very well managed building. The gym is good and sufficient for its size. The rooftop is also very nice; incredible view and mostly unobstructed. Common areas are very clean. Would highly recommend this

This is what happens when you impose a character limit on feedback that a user was graceful enough to provide.
