Very helpful maintenance and staff. Responded very quickly to maintenance requests and very cordial and helpful while performing maintenance. Building provides notices in advance of any common area maintenance and cleanings. Would recommend to a friend.

Super welcoming, clean, energetic, fun and always something to do! Very relaxing and great staff - always trying to be there for us and never rude about anything! The overall experience has been really great and I love anagram!

Convenient, welcomed, feel safe. The staffs are really warm and helpful. The location is a absolutely amazing with four subway station nearby. Also the new opened whole food made my life a lot easier. I enjoy the amenity in the building a lot.

Best staff all around. From doormen to maintenance to porters everyone is wonderful -- they go over and above, they are always friendly and welcoming and reliable. They know everyone by name; they know if you have a package; they are incredibly professional without being stuffy.

This building is terrible. They should've closed it while the renovations are taking place. Extremely loud construction often starts before 8am. As other reviews mention, my apt. was not totally move in ready on my entry date. I also feel that I was a bit misled regarding the demolition and construction work that was still scheduled to be done on my floor, and on adjacent floors. I was told heavy construction on my floor and on floors above was finished, and that only minor work remained. This is absolutely not the case. My floor will be experiencing heavy demolition and construction for the next year at least. I cannot even believe the city granted work permits while residents were living in these units. I'd be interested to see what the city inspectors thought about the current situation. When asked about possible solutions, management has no answers. Like many, I still work from home, and when demo is taking place, phone/video calls are impossible, making this not only terrible place to live, but also a terrible place to work. I've lived in NYC for over 25 years, and I've never experienced a worse living environment than anagram nomad.
