Unit 25D Pros: Very responsive maintenance, very friendly neighbors, very safe with doorman Cons: Only 2 elevators and sometimes 1 breaks down. Some construction noise in neighboring apartments Advice to landlord: Give more notice on construction

Pros: Clean, great water pressure in bathrooms, Modern Cons: It’s loud outside very noisy street

Pros: Location, location, location! Beautiful views, decent sized apartment. Cons: Some mice problems now and then as well as cockroaches but not a pest or anything similar. Sometimes elevators were out of service and it is a very tall building. Advice to landlord: Thank you for all you did, just check more frequently pest control techniques
