Pros: Great location in terms of access to subways (14 st station), nice interior, relatively good heating and cooling, super is nice Cons: Often loud outside / issues with people loitering on doorstep, Foreign Exotic store across the street smells, walls are super thin, management company is not the most responsive, no recycling, couriers sometimes ring every unit's bell to get in bc they don't have keys to the front door. Mail may get stolen. Advice to landlord: Please clean the hallways more often

Unit 3R Pros: Relatively empty building so not many issues with neighbors and double door access which helped you to feel safe in the building. Great subway access, but definitely contributes to the pest issue. Cons: garbage maintenance is atrocious, it is infested with rats and mice. We had cockroaches and required exterminator to come multiple times, but it never fully fixed the issue. Advice to landlord: Put the trash outside of the building.

Pros: Fob entryway and proximity to subway are definitely the highlights Cons: Management is very unresponsive and units are small

Pros: Updated units, friendly people in the building, great location Cons: No video on the intercom so you don’t know who you’re buzzing in, dark stairwells, super is not always responsive

Pros: The apartment had no serious issues, they are good about doing the trash and moving packages down the hallway. Management is responsive. Location is good Cons: Intercom to let people into the building was broken for 4 months, no sunlight in the living room or one bedroom, expensive Advice to landlord: Lower rent

Unit 4A Pros: The area is great The unit I am in is newly refurbished Cons: The front door locks are constantly broken allowing for anyone to walk in the building at anytime. Packages stolen constantly. Dangerous Management does not respond to you!!!! Superintendent is awful Stairwell is disgusting, it hasn’t been cleaned or painted in years Rent is exorbitant compared to similar units/buildings Advice to landlord: Answer your tenants. Clean up the hallways and get a lock that actually works to protect the people you charge so much to live here.

Pros: The location is great and you feel pretty safe walking home at night. The new units in the building are fairly well renovated and feel pretty clean. Cons: The hallways and stairs are pretty poorly kept and dirty. Packages get stolen constantly - at least 50% of the time and management does nothing about it. A lot of the bedrooms face the next door buildings and get little to no natural light. The free laundry service is pretty unreliable and inconvenient.
