Pros: Quiet neighbors for the most part Cons: Dark, lied about in building laundry, steep stairs, dark in the hallways Advice to landlord: Don’t lie about laundry in building and price the apartments fairly

Pros: Great location and price Cons: Thin walls/ceilings, some problems with mice

Pros: Not too loud Cons: Hallways smelled, packages went missing, mail was always sent to the wrong apartment, terrible landlord / management company Advice to landlord: treat current tenants with more respect
