Pros: Good location, right next to the subway. Overpriced like all the other NYU dorms, but at least you know what you’re getting. Cons: If you are facing 13th street, you are right next to a fire department.

Pros: Plenty of laundry machines, nice living room space Cons: There was insufficient heating and it never got fixed properly.

Pros: The building was clean, any maintenance problems were fixed promptly. Cons: There isn’t anything in particular to hate about this building, perhaps beside the fact that it’s one of the further NYU freshman dorms from campus.
