Pros: layout and closet space Cons: walls cracking, insufficient water pressure, temperamental water temperature, door intercom doesn't work, ceiling water damage, ceiling falling down due to water damage, cockroaches Advice to landlord: answer your tenants and fix the repairs needed in the building
