Pros: Spacious, right next to the park, always sufficient heat and water; bugs free; cheap Cons: Noise level due to proximity to the Morningside park - noise day and night, open-air music events in summer; sirens extraordinarily clear; lots of people smoke so you see cigaret butts all over the steps to the entry; no AC; superintendent not very responsive or accessible; access to laundry room locks after 10 or 11pm; streets can feel unsafe due to the very fact that it is right next to the morning side park

Unit 59 Pros: I liked the location (was close to my school). I liked the size of my 2-bed apartment. Cons: I could hear my upstairs neighbor quite a bit. The response time from my super could've been better when they're were issues. Advice to landlord: Better phone management
