Pros: Exposed brick walls, super is responsive Cons: Dirty trash area, front of building unkept, front steps are crumbling, hallways/common areas are never cleaned, rats in trash area Advice to landlord: Don’t be greedy and maintain your building. It’s the ugly red headed step child of the block
