Unit NA Pros: Building kept clean Cons: Sometimes on the 1st floor being close to the street can be noisy but that comes with living in NYC. Advice to landlord: None that I can think of.

Pros: Can’t say too many bad things about this rent stabilized building. All maintenance workers are friendly and helpful. Not too noisy. Cons: Not too many

Unit 2d Pros: Nice building, the management took things seriously. The were goodwill Cons: Poor response for repair and maintenance of the building was not great Advice to landlord: None

Pros: The building is clean and everyone in it is responsible and respectful. Cons: Trash shoots are too small as you cannot leave garage downstairs or in a bin

Pros: Friendly and responsive super, nice neighbors, fairly well maintained building Cons: Ongoing construction creates noise but it was getting steadily better

Pros: Entryway, stairs, and trash/recycling were tidied with great regularity. Cons: Constant mouse problem Advice to landlord: Make sure your exterminator doesn’t cut corners!
