Pros: Great location, safe, easy and clean garbage area, well-maintained walk up and lobby area, no issues with packages or mail. Cons: Our individual unit has issues and we have had NO response from Blueground. The phone just disconnects every time you call and they don't respond to messages in the app or emails. Advice to landlord: Blueground - respond to your tenants!!!

Pros: Great location. The common spaces (hallways, stairs, etc.) are kept in clean and good condition. Feels pretty safe. In my unit, amenities such as in-unit washer-dryer and dishwasher were a big plus. Cons: Management is extremely unresponsive and not handled well. Had to wait several months for work requests such as broken appliances to be fixed. Experienced some rodents/insects (a mouse and some cockroaches).

Pros: Location is great. Everything else terrible. Cons: Non responsive management. Psychopathic tenant on the 3rd floor. Frequent police calls. Homicide on the 5th floor. Rats in the backyard, leaking roofs, not enough heat. STAY AWAY!!!!! Plenty of other properties around. Do not rent from Centennial properties, formerly 9300 Realty. Advice to landlord: Hire more professional managers. Less buildings for the supers and proper staffing. Pay them accordingly. And pay the contractors who perform work.
