Pros: spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, updated appliances, pretty rooftop, friendly staff, never saw a single bug in my apartment once Cons: The package store is only open Monday - Friday from I believe 8am-4pm and since most people who live there are using flex walls it brings a lot of young people to the building which is fun but can be loud Advice to landlord: Longer package center hours please

Pros: Large units, flexibility with flex walls, rooftop access. Conveniently located to many subway lines. Cons: Most people who live here are recent grads who work in finance, and the noise on the rooftop/halls will reflect that. Also, if you live on the floor above the equinox, you will hear its music and every weight dropped.
