Pros: Lots of amenities such as an amazing roof, gym, amenities room, and doorman. Cons: Only two elevators for multiple floors and often there is only one working either because people are moving in or because it broke down constantly. Small kitchens with modern but low quality finishes. Multiple cupboards scraped against ceiling while opening.

Pros: Great amenities and customer service. Front desk staff is great and helpful. Yeah Cons: Though the building has a strange system for packages delivery schedule — regardless of the time your packages arrive the building, the front desk can only distribute on its own schedule which is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If your packages arrive outside of these windows, you won’t get them till next open window. I have packages arrived Friday afternoon, and didn’t get it till the following Monday evening. Advice to landlord: Change your packages distribution system. People pay extra for fast shipping but get stuck in your storage room.
