Pros: Close to Central Park Very friendly staff Recently renovated units with nice finishes Cons: Once a week, they turn BOTH hot and cold water off for most of the day. They routinely close the garbage chute for a day for repairs They raised the rent $1200. I understand the market has changed from a year ago but to raise someone’s rent 41% is cold-blooded…but also very New York. Bye, Brodsky! Advice to landlord: Have a heart. Don’t lead with greed.

Pros: Gym pool and staff good location Cons: raising rent by 50% is absolutely insane management doesnot value people living here Advice to landlord: Greed over people is not the best practice

Pros: The building is clean and the apartments are renovated Cons: The landlord Increased the rent by $200 and didn’t want to negotiate, asked us to leave if we’re not happy with the rent! Advice to landlord: You can’t just increase the rent and expect people to be ok with it!
