Unit 9 Pros: Love the doormen and the size of the apartments. VERY GOOD DEAL FOR MSH RESIDENTS. Honestly going to miss not living here because anything comparable is 3x in price in the area. Super/Handymen are amazing. Cons: Kitchens are tiny. Not for gourmet chefs.... Advice to landlord: No advice

Pros: Well maintained, responsive building management, quiet neighbors (mostly doctors and grad students) Cons: Slow to respond to a pest complaint, but ultimately resolved well

Pros: the doorman (especially Malcolm) are excellent; and they are super quick with maintenance requests; parking on site available Cons: only 3 elevators and they use one daily to collect recyclables Advice to landlord: Keep it up; love the building
