Pros: Nice apartment and walk up for the price. Cons: Right across the street from homeless shelter. People sleeping on the doorstep almost daily during the summer. Usually someone screaming/threatening people.

Pros: Renovated, cleaned regularly, good neighbors Cons: laundry/trash are technically next door, only one washer/dryer in building, slow landlord response to fix issues.

Pros: Building/unit meets basic needs (appliances, storage space, room size, heat/air conditioning), very central location. Cons: Owners extremely unresponsive and difficult to get in touch with. Not timely even when situations are significant/urgent. Only 1 washer/dryer between 2 buildings.
