Pros: The super responds almost immediately. Great location. Awesome front desk. Cons: Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Loud if you’re street facing.

Pros: Really good corporate housing. Had a few repairs that needed to be done, and the management was incredibly responsive. Cons: Had some repairs that needed to be done

Pros: Central location, well appointed and large apartments Cons: Elevator goes out, apartments are cold

Pros: Clean, good location, nice views. Cons: Crazy tenants/neighbors, noise from the street. Advice to landlord: Screen guests of tenants better.
