Good law housing

Pros: Doormen were friendly, maintenance was speedy and responsive, apartments and floors were clean Cons: Noisy at times

Pros: Extremely responsive maintenance, everything always worked well Cons: Lower level rooms facing third street have terrible street noise at night

Pros: Doorman, elevators, in building laundry, rooftop deck has view of Empire State and WTC Cons: Saw some ants on my windowsill, small bedrooms

Great student housing

Pros: Two lovely rooftop terraces. Very functional furniture in the bedrooms. Lots of space to study in the building. It‘s very well kept. Cons: Met 2-3 water bugs in the shower.

D’agostino Hall

Pros: Extremely convenient to NYU Law. Building is old, but clean and well-managed by staff. Cons: Have to wait for the building to switch from heat to A/C after temperatures start rising.

Good building for a NYU Law student

Pros: Across the street from campus, easy maintenance requests, responsive “landlord” since it’s the school Cons: No guests allowed at ALL since COVID, small rooms
