Pros: - Very responsive to maintenance requests - Never lost my packages or mail - No pest issues - No garbage chute issues - Very soundproof building with respectful neighbors Cons: - It is immediately next to a church/homeless shelter/soup kitchen (that is not the building’s fault). I was worried about it when I moved in but it is fairly easy to avoid by using the other exit or crossing the street if you are nervous at night.

Pros: Building guys are really nice. Great gym. Cons: Expensive. Church bells next door are loud. Lots of homeless outside from the church next door. Apartment windows don’t open far so not able to get a breeze, apartment stays warm. Advice to landlord: Make sure hand sanitizer stations don’t go empty
