Pros: Fast response when needed, few maintenance issues. Kind neighbors Cons: Units not cleaned between tenants and very gross (dead bugs, dust, grime). Hallways and stairwells also not cleaned but fine

Pros: - Outside was well maintained. -Great neighborhood - Good neighbors - Relatively clean Cons: - Sometimes slow to respond - Maintenence issues Advice to landlord: Rent for a year and reassess
