Pros: The doormen and porters are wonderful, all the staff is great! Location can't be beat! Cons: Apartment appliances and flooring a bit dated

Unit 11A Pros: * Friendly Doormen and Staff * Location convenient to all major subway lines * Responsive to service requests * clean building Cons: * Next to fire station so can get noisy at times * Large rental increases yearly Advice to landlord: Offer longer term lease options, concessions for good tenants

Pros: GREAT location for subway access. Definitely also enough room for one person in a one bedroom. Great staff and great amenities. Cons: Had a cockroach problem in my bathroom. Also had all the issues you would expect looking out onto 14th street: noisy, bright lights, and opening a window meant letting in lots of dust and lots of noise.

Pros: Clean common areas nice neighbors convient location nice gym Cons: The management is rude, mean, unwilling to accommodate, and is beyond cheap which means subpar parts that need frequent repair Advice to landlord: Professionalism, long term tenant appreciation, and social skills all need work

Unit 3D Pros: - Location - I can't imagine living anywhere better - Nice new flooring, which makes my apt feel clean - Behind the mirror medicine cabinet storage - Natural lighting - Water pressure Cons: - Dirty air that comes in from the street when windows are open - Outside windows never get washed - Never know what exactly gets done or fixed when I submit service requests (lack of communication) - VERY expensive and unfair rent increases

Unit 3K Pros: Location, elevator, doorman, free gym Cons: Some of the doormen can be a hassle to work with, the super is mean, the super is hard to work with for repairs, the super is not always available

Unit 17A Pros: Great location, good service for package room Cons: Very unresponsive to maintenance requests People can see into building from the windows

Pros: Location, it's right above the busiest subway station of Manhattan, walking distance to almost everywhere Cons: It's an old building, water pressure is so bad, had a lot of times draining problems

Pros: The porters and doorman are generally very helpful and friendly. Updated hallways + lobby Cons: Units are not well maintained, heat, loud, super is not attentive
