Unit 62 Pros: Neighbors are nice, most have lived here a while. Elevator in building. There is a tenants association which has helped the building get regular cleaning each week Cons: The trash in the trash section outside builds up a lot. This leads to a lot of rats in the trash. There are cockroaches in the building even though a service comes to spray each month, they leave so quickly if you don’t answer the door right away. Advice to landlord: Fix the trash issue and rats

Pros: Large apartment space Cons: -No responses from Blimy Fisher (the apartments landlord) for issues with our downstairs neighbors, sink leaking, roach problems. - Neighbors play music early in the morning to very very late the next morning with no respect for the people around their apartment. -Massive roach problem in our kitchen that was a cause because of a leak we had in our sink the first two months. -We had no fridge in our unit when we moved in and the stove was not connected. -Quickly done repairs are obvious and have diminished in less than a year we’ve been here. -This building did not give any resources to prevent the spread of COVID, and gave no relief to anyone in the building. -Elevator was being repaired for 5 months of our lease leaving elderly to take the stairs. Please go with any other company but Guardian reality, and any other building manager besides Blimy Fisher! Advice to landlord: Actually help your tenants that pay you on the dot every month. And don’t put “No tenant shall make or permit to be made, disturbing noises in the building or permit to be done anything that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other tenants.” If your just going to disregard this and not help the people it actually affects.

Pros: This section is not applicable since there are absolutely no pros! Actually there’s one... All the cute dogs but that about it! Cons: Good luck getting a hold of management after you have moved in. Neighbors play loud music till early morning hours, elevator was out of service for months and the poor senior citizens have to walk up and down the stairs, hallway smells like cigarettes and piss, we moved in and there’s still old paint and concrete sweat under the bath tub, neighbors buzz on your buzzer to let them in, packages stolen, windows aren’t sealed so in winter time good luck to ya! Power outlets are rare, there are no circuit breakers but instead they have a pre war tube type breakers, the floors are uneven, the ceilings are cracked, the hot water pressure is almost non existent, and you can email or call the management to complain about these problems but you’ll never hear back so if this is the standard you are searching for then this is heaven for you! Advice to landlord: C. A. R.E ! ! !

Unit 41 Pros: It's quiet. Probably because of how many vacant apartments there are. Except the hours we need to be sleeping. Then it's loud. Cons: Management is horrendous. They don't respond to service requests. The building is Dirty with roaches and RATS everywhere. One time the building owner did come by to check on a persistent issue we were having and he kept talking to our Super like he was a piece of trash. I speak casually with our Super because he really does try to do what he can when he can. But the issue in my apartment is something that needed a REAL fix, not just the band-aids they slap on it. My Super informed the building owner that a real fix would require certain parts that cost more money and you could just see the hate in that man's eyes that the Super would dare to get a real fix approved? The building owner wanted these apartments turning over quickly. They don't want people long term and it shows everywhere. That's why they go through these hyper-chill Real Estate Agents who make you think you're moving into the big leagues with this rental. Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants. Especially in these trying times
