Unit 401 Pros: Being able to use the amenities in Murray Hill Marquis is a big plus. The modern refurbishments of the kitchen and bathrooms were also great. Cons: The heat; it’s a prewar building so = old radiators. A studio of its size does not need 2 radioators. Management weren’t super helpful on move-in re: trash collection etc.
