Pros: Building is clean and quiet. Cons: Staff are incredibly nosy and opinionated. Only one maintenance worker who is struggling to keep up which leads to long wait times. Elevators are never working. Renovated units are not up to par due to poor quality materials.

Unit 1210 Pros: right on riverside park, washer dryer in unit, and lots of space! Cons: kind of far from subway, electric was like $1,000 a month in the summer because of the light the building gets, and construction is ongoing there

Pros: Location Quiet neighborhood Greenery Cons: Trash pickup Poor security Unresponsive management Building becoming run down Too many pets Limited courtyard access Laundry often broken Cleanliness Advice to landlord: Sell to a company that cares.

Pros: Building staff are friendly. Cons: Management agent is unresponsive. Very poor communication from MA with respect to ANY issue (elevator outages, heat/hot water issue, construction updates) Advice to landlord: Respond and communicate. Would go a long way to improving their reputation.

Unit 706 Pros: Location, across from Riverside park, most of staff is friendly. Cons: Horrible management. We often don’t have hot water. After speaking to neighbors, it has been like this for years and the building has become poorly maintained under A&E management. Hallways and common spaces are not climate controlled anymore. The building is renovating a lot of apartments so it’s noisy, messy, and unpredictable. Recently, heat hasn’t been working and you never know if there are elevator outages. In a building this size, it creates crazy traffic. The management never communicates. They respond to emails maybe 10% of the time and don’t notify us when things like a fire happen… yes I said FIRE.

Pros: Quiet civilized no bugs big apartments quiet neighborhood. Cons: It’s expensive and also far from the train and no bodega nearby

Pros: Supers, building attendants, doorman Cons: Scummy management that tries to nickel and dime you. Neighbors who smoke weed all hours of the day. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive, be nicer to your tenants.

Pros: Building staff Prompt help if issues arise Well maintained units Cons: Try to nickel and dime when moving out by charging for very normal wear and tear
