Pros: Location is convenient to transportation. My heat is ok in Winter. Neighbors are cooperative. Common areas are clean. Cons: Repairs are not timely or efficient. Things stay broken way too long. Some neighbors don't have heat. We have mice ! There's no fan in the bathroom so shower grout is moldy. Some neighbors have faulty electrical wires. We have had fires. Landlord doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. Security guard service is lacking. Guards are not trained. They allow people into the building who do not live here. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive. Make repairs. Hire trained professional repair services.

Pros: - Large apartments - Security staffer downstairs - balcony building Cons: - carpets have not been replaced since 1988 - Rats, mice and roaches are common - a small amount of Building residents are nightmare tenants, messy, loud and keep the garden area filthy Advice to landlord: Beautification project and cleanliness upgrade

Pros: - Security - Laundry facilities - Location close to train station and Columbia University Cons: - Some tenants are challenging and disruptive - Corridor floors and carpet need better and more frequent cleaning Advice to landlord: Improve cleanliness and evict tenants based on Good Cause Law, that passed in NYC in April 2024

Pros: Neighbors are great on my floor. We keep our floor looking nice. Security desk and package check is one of the reasons I chose to live here. Cons: Broken dryers, disgusting carpets in hallways that are barely swept and never deep cleaned, they are trying to get rid of the security people, front doors are constantly broken, mold, vermin, bugs, lack of genuine care of building by management. Advice to landlord: This could be a really nice place if you cared.

Pros: Location is a plus Cons: Slow to respond to maintenance tickets. No porter staff on weekends.trash room is smelly always. Lobby doors needs painting. Tenants pets urine on hallway carpet and in elevators. Front of building lots needs to be cleaned daily. Broken machines in laundry room. Advice to landlord: Hire some more help. Respond to tenants. I

Pros: Security is very good (24/7). All guest are announced. Package deliveries are signed in by security & held for tenants, to be signed. Cons: Repairs are slow to be completed. Super is not always available, he works in another building. Parking lot gate is always OPEN. Advice to landlord: Please be more empathetic to the needs of the tenants. Push to complete various jobs, in a timely manner.
